How do I place an order?
When will my order ship?
Once payment is received, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days unless temperatures are below 0°C, in which case shipping will be delayed to preserve plant health.
Can I add/change items after placing my order?
For order modifications, contact us before shipping. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
What happens after I placed my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the order details and a Stripe payment link. We kindly request that you make the payment within 24 hours to secure your plants. This timeframe allows us to hold the plants for you. Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure payment processor Stripe. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Stripe protects your financial information during checkout. We do not store full card details.
Why do I only see the option to pay by cash on your website?
Unfortunately our website currently does not have the capability to automatically calculate shipping costs based on order weight and destination country.
To place your order, please select "Cash" as the payment method. This will allow you to submit your order details to us.
Our team will then calculate the accurate shipping rate for your order location and contact you directly via email with the total payment amount, including shipping costs and Stripe payment link.
We apologize for any confusion caused by the limited checkout functionality of our website.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use encrypted SSL technology for safe card transactions.

I don’t have a Stripe account, can I pay without an account?
You don't need a Stripe account - just fill out the one-time checkout form to place an order.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if a significant number of your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate your situation appropriately.

What countries do you ship to?
We offer international shipping to various countries. However, we regret to inform you that we do not currently ship to India. For a complete list of countries we ship to, please refer to our shipping information page.
How long does shipping take?
The shipping time for your order can vary depending on your location. Typically, it ranges from 7 to 18 days. For a more accurate estimate, please refer to our shipping information page where you can find a detailed breakdown of delivery times based on different countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. As a result, shipping costs may vary between countries. Check our shipping rates for your location here.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Certainly! If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. However, please note that once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate address changes, especially if the new location is significantly different from the original one (e.g., different country, different city).
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
As an online store, we primarily offer nursery-to-door delivery services. At this time, we do not provide local pickup options.
How do you ensure the plants are properly prepared for shipping?
To ensure the safe transit of our plants, we take several precautions. Our plants are shipped bare root and air dried, which helps prevent moisture-related issues during shipping. For further details, please refer to our delivery process page.
What happens if my plants arrive damaged or in poor condition?
We acknowledge that plants are living organisms and may not always endure the shipping process flawlessly. To account for this, we go the extra mile by including additional plants in every order, compensating for any potential shipping damage.
In the rare event that a significant number of your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll gladly assist you and make appropriate accommodations to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
While we understand that you may have specific preferences for the delivery date or time, we provide a remarks section during checkout where you can indicate your desired delivery instructions. We will make every effort to include this information when dispatching your parcel to the courier. However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that the courier will strictly adhere to the specified delivery times. Delivery schedules are ultimately determined by the courier's logistics and routing processes.

Safely boxed up, your plants are shipped for arrival and will be well on their way to thriving in their new home with you!
All soil is removed and plants are air dried to avoid moisture damage during shipping.
Each plant receives protective cushioning with bedding, cotton and paper to prevent damage in transit.
